Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and educators
- Utilize digital tools to create engaging, interactive learning materials
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with academic advisors to optimize student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in virtual settings
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA) or standardized test prep
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Minnesota teaching certification preferred but not required
- Background check clearance required
