Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group online tutoring sessions via our interactive virtual platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with TEKS standards and individual learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize multimedia tools to create dynamic, interactive learning materials
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance tutoring techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- Texas state teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
