Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 tutoring sessions in math, science, or test prep
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with NC curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our interactive virtual platform for dynamic learning sessions
- Collaborate with our Charlotte-based academic team
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or related subject
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication skills and patience
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners
- Clear background check and teaching certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Available for evening/weekend sessions (EST)
