Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.) to enhance learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching methodologies
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- 1+ years of formal teaching or tutoring experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- New Mexico teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
