Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize multimedia tools and digital resources to create dynamic learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and student achievement documentation
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, English, or Social Studies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Illinois teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
