- Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback through detailed performance reports.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to excel.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and educational coordinators.
- Resource Management: Utilize our digital library and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the subject matter or a related field is preferred. Teaching certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous online tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and basic educational software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Time Management: Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet session deadlines.
