Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Oklahoma State Academic Standards
- Monitor student progress through weekly assessments and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and academic coordinators
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, etc.) for engaging instruction
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student achievement records
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- 2+ years of classroom or virtual tutoring experience
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (4-20 hours/week)
