- Deliver dynamic 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and individual learning objectives
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Utilize multimedia tools and adaptive learning software to create engaging virtual classrooms
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance pedagogical techniques and subject expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience with proven results
