Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Customize lesson plans based on individual student learning styles and goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and our academic team
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing, etc.) to enhance interactive learning
- Maintain accurate session records and prepare progress reports bi-weekly
- Participate in ongoing professional development to refine tutoring methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expert knowledge in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
