Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, or Social Studies
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Colorado state standards and individual learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools and platforms to create dynamic learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding academic goals and achievements

- Maintain accurate session records and documentation in our learning management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Colorado teaching license or equivalent subject certification
- Minimum 2 years of classroom or tutoring experience with K-12 students
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
