Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions via our secure virtual learning platform.
- Adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs and learning goals of diverse students.
- Create and utilize engaging lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the educational team and students.
- Maintain a distraction-free environment to ensure optimal learning conditions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring K-12 students (or equivalent professional subject knowledge).
- Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer with a functional webcam and microphone.
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to our strict code of conduct.
