Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing, etc.) to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- Valid teaching certification for grades K-12 (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring/classroom experience

- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence
