Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive online tutoring sessions for K-12 students across multiple subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual learning needs
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize virtual whiteboards and digital resources to create dynamic learning experiences
- Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions and student achievements
- Collaborate with academic team to refine tutoring methodologies
- Prepare students for standardized tests and subject-specific assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, English, or History
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching styles
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Arizona teaching certification preferred but not required
