Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our digital platform to create interactive, visually rich lessons
- Collaborate with curriculum team to enhance educational resources
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Valid U.S. work authorization and Colorado residency
- Passionate about differentiated instruction and student engagement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Clear background check required
