Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student goals
- Track and report student progress using our LMS platform
- Utilize interactive digital tools for dynamic instruction
- Communicate progress clearly with students and parents
- Stay current on curriculum standards and teaching methodologies
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proven ability to adapt teaching to diverse learning styles
- Strong digital literacy and tech-savviness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification preferred but not required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
