Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1-on-1 and small group virtual instruction across core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual teaching and progress tracking
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents via our communication portal
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal learning outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative educator workshops
- Maintain accurate session records and student achievement data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- State teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years of K-12 teaching/tutoring experience with proven results
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to connect virtually with students
- Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
