Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions using our proprietary learning platform.

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and goals.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards and educational best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development webinars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the specific subject matter, or a related field is required.
- Current teaching certification or prior tutoring experience is highly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
