Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in specialized subjects (Math, Science, Language Arts)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools and platforms to create dynamic learning experiences
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback
- Collaborate with parents and educators to ensure holistic student development
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of formal tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching methods
- CA teaching certification or equivalent credential
