Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Colorado state standards and student goals
- Track progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed feedback to parents/students
- Utilize multimedia tools (whiteboards, simulations, digital resources) to enhance comprehension
- Collaborate with our curriculum team to refine teaching materials and methodologies
- Participate in quarterly professional development sessions on pedagogy and technology
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience with proven student achievement results
- Colorado teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies)
- Advanced proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Background check and fingerprint clearance compliant with Colorado requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
