Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions across K-12 subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide actionable feedback to parents
- Utilize interactive platforms (Zoom, BitPaper, Google Classroom) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Track session metrics and contribute to curriculum improvement
- Maintain a positive, distraction-free virtual learning environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (online preferred)
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills and digital literacy
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (flexible scheduling)
