Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Math, Science, English, or Test Prep
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports
- Utilize interactive tools (whiteboards, simulations) to enhance engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student milestones
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- 2+ years experience in virtual or classroom instruction
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math/Science/English preferred)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational software
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Background check and child safety clearance required
