Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
