Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with CA state standardsMonitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize digital tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for immersive sessions
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing professional training workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and digital tools
- Exceptional communication and adaptability skills
- Clear background check and TB test clearance
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions
