Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for interactive sessions and progress tracking
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed progress reports to parents
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum refinement
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Ohio teaching certification (or equivalent) required
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competency

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
