Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions across multiple subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for seamless virtual classroom management
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to enhance teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate student records and session documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- CA teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
