- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessments) for dynamic instruction
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize tutoring strategies
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years tutoring/teaching experience (online preferred)
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.) for K-12
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- NC teaching certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
