Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group online tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize our digital tools (whiteboard, screen sharing, interactive quizzes) for engaging sessions
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to enhance teaching methodologies
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Texas Teaching Certification or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
