Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons across multiple subjects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Kansas City residency preferred for local student matching
- State teaching certification a plus
