Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Colorado state standards
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for live video sessions and progress tracking
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed progress reports to parents
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student learning gaps
- Participate in ongoing training for pedagogical best practices
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience (K-12 focus)
- Colorado teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and digital literacy skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Background check clearance required
