Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize multimedia tools and interactive resources to enhance engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with educational methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching styles
- CA teaching certification or equivalent preferred
- Background check and TB clearance required
