Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Utilize interactive digital tools and resources to create dynamic learning environments
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance tutoring methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expert knowledge in at least two core academic subjects
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- State teaching certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and time management
