Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and administrators
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards) effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, assessments, and student milestones
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- CA teaching certification or equivalent academic credentials
- Proficiency in online tutoring tools and virtual classroom technology
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Background check and clear TB test required
