Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group virtual instruction across K-12 subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, proprietary LMS) for seamless teaching
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and achievements
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies and resources
- Participate in ongoing professional development training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Georgia teaching certification or equivalent (required for subject-specific roles)
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and virtual classroom management
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
