Responsibilities

- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Chicago Public Schools curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback to parents
- Utilize multimedia tools and digital resources to enhance remote learning experiences
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address individual learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Illinois teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years experience in virtual or classroom instruction
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum and standardized testing (SAT/ACT)
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Background check and child safety clearance required
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
