Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/educators
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic documentation
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student learning gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- Texas teaching certification preferred (not required)
- 2+ years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness
- Background check clearance required
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (Dallas time zone)
