Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Customize lesson plans based on student learning styles
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback
- Collaborate with parents and educators on academic goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 1+ years teaching/tutoring experience
- Michigan teaching certification preferred
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms
- Excellent communication and tech skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (flexible)
- Background check and fingerprinting required
