Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with state standards and student goals
- Utilize our interactive platform for real-time progress tracking and feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to ensure student growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum refinement
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of K-12 tutoring or teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
