Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive learning platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs
- Monitor student progress through real-time analytics and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and academic advisors regarding performance
- Utilize digital tools to create engaging multimedia content and interactive exercises
- Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports in our student management system
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance tutoring methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Nevada teaching certification or equivalent tutoring credentials
- Minimum 2 years of experience in virtual or classroom teaching environment
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and educational software (Zoom, Google Classroom)
