Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback to parents and educators
- Utilize digital resources and multimedia tools to enhance remote learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation in our student management system
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Subject matter expertise in Math, Science, English, or Foreign Languages
- Valid New Mexico teaching certification or equivalent
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
