- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Parental Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and upcoming sessions.
- Technical Proficiency: Ensure the virtual classroom environment is utilized effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Certification Preparation: Guide students through exam preparation, homework assistance, and skill-building exercises.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students.
- Availability: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Location: Must reside in Albuquerque, NM (to support local community outreach initiatives).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and encouraging demeanor.
