Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning styles and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and adjust teaching strategies
- Communicate progress updates to parents and provide actionable feedback
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.) to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address student challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Strong proficiency in virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
- New Mexico teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
