Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on/small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards
- Track student progress using our proprietary LMS platform
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to parents
- Maintain 95%+ student attendance and satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum refinement
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 2+ years tutoring/teaching experience (online preferred)
- Texas teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency in virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong diagnostic skills for identifying learning gaps
- Excellent communication and digital literacy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Criminal background check clearance required
