Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional virtual learning environment.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related subject field.
- Strong command of the subject matter (Math, Science, English, etc.) with a passion for teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using online learning management systems and video conferencing tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by student schedules.
