Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective virtual tutoring sessions using Zoom, Google Classroom, or our proprietary learning platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific needs, learning style, and academic goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed progress reports to parents and guardians.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment to foster student engagement.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams promptly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with students and academic coordinators to ensure alignment on learning objectives.
- Stay updated on best practices in online education and curriculum standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related subject (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or subject matter expert.
- Strong proficiency with technology (Zoom, Canvas, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
