Responsibilities
- Instruct students in one-on-one or small group sessions via our virtual learning platform.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and grades.
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding performance.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and safe online learning environment.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and curriculum resources effectively during sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent teaching experience in K-12 subjects).
- Strong command of the subject matter (Math, Science, English, History, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Ability to pass a background check and adhere to our code of conduct.
