What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions via our secure learning management system.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and regular performance reviews to ensure mastery of concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and feedback within the company database.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavioral updates.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices to deliver high-quality instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the subject area or Education (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available during evening and weekend hours to accommodate diverse student schedules.
