Responsibilities
- Del engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Baltimore curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, screen sharing) for dynamic sessions
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- State teaching certification (MD preferred)
- Proficiency in virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Background check clearance required
