Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (remote preferred)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, English, or History
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Maryland teaching certification or equivalent (highly desirable)
