Responsibilities
- Conduct Live Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via our online learning platform.
- Curriculum Development: Create customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to each student's specific needs and learning style.
- Student Assessment: Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and parents/guardians to provide feedback and support.
- Technical Support: Assist students with navigating the online learning tools and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and webinars to enhance your teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Subject Matter Expertise: Proficiency in Math, Science, English, History, or other specific subjects.
- Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and online learning management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and encouraging demeanor.
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home.
