Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Massachusetts curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create engaging learning experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and platform updates
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of teaching/tutoring experience (virtual experience a plus)
- Deep knowledge of K-12 curriculum frameworks (MA standards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Background check clearance required
